Job Summary
The Day Center Manager oversees all aspects of meal service and manages the kitchen aide team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutrition, engagement, and personal care services for participants. Responsibilities include managing the nutrition and engagement operations, hiring and training staff, and coordinating effective team meetings. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least one year of management experience and two years of supervisory experience in healthcare. CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant management experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience within a senior or health care program
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Experience in ADHC/PACE/Health Plan/Clinic operations
- Professional experience in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational or Physical Therapy
