Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom for infants, toddlers, and preschool children; implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum; foster growth and learning with a growth-mindset approach; collaborate with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and center success; communicate regularly with parents about children's progress through apps and discussions; build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment. Requires one year of teaching experience preferred or six months required; associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred, or a high school diploma/GED required.
