Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers while modeling behaviors to foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, communicating regularly with parents via apps and discussions. Build relationships with families and center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals. Requires at least six months of professional teaching experience and an Associate degree in ECE or related field. Schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends; pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of professional teaching experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- CPR and First Aide certification
