Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers while modeling behaviors to foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, communicating regularly with parents about children's progress. Build relationships with families and coworkers to support center goals around enrollment and engagement. Requires at least six months of professional teaching experience and an Associate degree or higher in ECE. Pay rate is $16.00 - $22.00 per hour on a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of professional teaching experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- CPR and First Aide certification
