Job Summary
Preschool Center Director overseeing The Learning Experience preschool program: lead operations, ensure health and safety compliance, source and develop staff, guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, drive enrollment growth and family engagement, manage financials (accounts payable/receivable, monthly P&L, payroll), and coordinate center tours plus community marketing events. Requires center leadership/management experience (5+ years preferred or 1+ year minimum), a state administrative/director credential, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Responsibilities emphasize staff development, curriculum leadership, licensing compliance, financial stewardship, and proactive family engagement to deliver a high-quality early education environment.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- Hold the state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- Experience in daycare or preschool settings and leadership/management
