Job Summary
Day Camp Counselor responsible for nurturing and engaging campers in a safe, inclusive environment. Lead and supervise a group of campers with a co-counselor, delivering daily activities across sports, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and team-building. Maintain a positive atmosphere, mentor campers, and ensure safety, well-being, and adherence to camp policies throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience with children in camp, school, or recreational setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in an active, outdoor environment for extended periods.
