Day Camp Counselor

Lead children through organized activities, theme events, devotions, and daily programs with enthusiasm while enforcing behavior rules to ensure a safe, fun, and caring environment. Consistently implement child release procedures, maintain positive relationships with staff, guests, children, and parents, and communicate daily with the Youth Ministry Coordinator regarding program concerns. Actively participate in activities to model dignity and respect, assist with building clean-up schedules, and uphold all Salvation Army mission standards and property regulations. Adhere to the 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday schedule at the Reading Corps Learning Center.
