Job Summary
Day Camp Counsellor responsible for assisting in development, delivery and supervision of children’s programs and activities at YMCA Manitoba locations. Role emphasizes leadership, positive relationships, and engagement of campers in a wide variety of activities focused on fun, fitness, skill development, health and well-being for kids aged 4-16; requires the ability to lead and communicate with campers, families, staff and volunteers throughout the summer term (June 30–Sept 4, 2026) with up to 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday. Must be at least 16 years old and hold Emergency First Aid and CPR C; experience working with children is preferred.
Required Qualifications
