Job Summary
Create and conduct innovative day program groups to maximize clients' independent living skills. Maintain records of client attendance and provide Community Support Teams with progress information as needed. Using electronic medical records, input data and follow through on seeing services to their completion. Transport clients to and from the program as required. Adhere to total confidentiality under HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations. This full-time position operates Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in the Human Service field
- two years of professional experience working with chronically mentally ill clients
- Valid full driver's license
- safe driving record
- Experience using an EHR (electronic health record)
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
