Coordinate directly with the project team to monitor execution and manage changes during design and implementation phases. Review all designs with the designer before work begins, then meet with contractors to clarify scopes and prevent scope creep. Recommend optimal bids balancing quality and cost, and contract selected contractors. Maintain regular site visits with the supervising engineer, prepare monthly technical reports, and oversee financial disbursements with operations and finance. Draft project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines. Attend weekly meetings with design and execution teams. Work both administratively and technically within the company as required.
