Job Summary
In Dr. Davies' Lab, the role focuses on cancer clinical trials with an emphasis on recruitment across multi-site studies and development of related trials. Responsibilities include grant-writing support, literature reviews, preparing reports and publications, collecting and analyzing complex data, conducting experiments and interviews, developing and implementing research projects, and training staff and students in protocols and techniques. The position may require some in-person work on campus in Madison, WI, with potential remote work offsite. The successful candidate will contribute to the science of de-escalation and work within the School of Medicine and Public Health, supporting the department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. A Master’s degree is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong social science background, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with qualitative analysis software. The role is eligible for university benefits and requires eligibility to work in the United States; UW sponsorship is not available.
