Conduct individual nursing care and basic hygiene for residents in our newly opened care co-housing facilities at the "Alten Speicher" in Schwerin during night shifts. Serve as the primary contact for residents at night while performing thorough documentation of all nursing measures. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure continuous support. This role requires experience in nursing, reliability, and a friendly, respectful approach to care.
