Job Summary
The Gogo Datalink Support Specialist works with the Flight Deck Services team to set up services and provide training for business aviation customers. The role involves initiating contact with new customers, troubleshooting Avionics equipment, and communicating service enhancements with existing customers. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 2-4 years in aviation. Strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential. ~10% travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in Aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business)
- Proven strong customer service and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- Initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity and/or experience with aviation datalink communications
- Experience with satellite communications
- Knowledge of aircraft avionics
- Pilot's license (private or better) preferred
