Job Summary
Manage high-volume data ingestion pipelines, troubleshoot system performance, and support the deployment and operation of scalable data platforms using Apache NiFi. Administer NiFi cluster environments, write Python scripts for automation, and work with Elasticsearch for cluster management and Kibana visualizations. Operate within Linux environments and manage Docker containerized deployments while collaborating with customer tools and data repositories. Requires TS/SCI clearance, a B.S. degree, and eight years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science or a related field and eight (8) years or relevant experience
- A Doctoral degree (PHD) and four (4) years
- A Master of Science (M.S.) degree and six (6) years
- An Associate of Science (A.S.) degree and ten (10) years of experience
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Apache NiFi dataflows
- Experience administering and supporting NiFi cluster environments
- Experience writing Python scripts for automation or operational support
- Experience working with Elasticsearch for cluster management and deployment
- Experience creating Kibana visualizations and dashboards to enhance data analytic solutions
- Comfortable working within Linux environments
- Familiarity working with Docker and containerized application deployments
- Experience working with customer tools and data repositories
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Kubernetes and Kafka
