Job Summary
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions by phone and email. Provide product information, pricing, and quotes while entering, tracking, billing, and expediting direct and stock customer orders, backorders, and vendor purchase orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Work closely with logistics to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless order processing. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and participate in training to gain electrical product knowledge.

- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve customers
- Participate in training gaining electrical product knowledge and application to create value to the end use market
