Datacentre Server Technician

Review work order requests in the queue, adhere to commitment times, and escalate non-standard procedure requests to appropriate teams. Rack and stack semi-routine customer equipment tickets, perform intra-cage infrastructure installations, and execute cross-connect work orders including installs, terminations, modifications, and testing. Maintain detailed written records of all work activity, update local asset databases, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed for cable management. Support standard operating testing and installations of customer assets, provide back-up assistance to team members, and escort customers on-site. Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
