Datacenter Security Manager (Glomfjord)

Manage all physical security operations at the Glomfjord Data Centre, ensuring security standards are consistently maintained through routine inspections of controls and compliance with site procedures. Oversee the Securitas security contract, supervising daily officer performance, conducting reviews, and ensuring contractual service levels are achieved. Handle reception operations by overseeing visitor registration, identity verification, escorts, and record maintenance while coordinating customer and contractor visits. Maintain operational readiness by verifying CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems remain functional, reporting defects, and conducting physical security inspections. Coordinate responses to on-site incidents, liaise with emergency services, investigate events, and produce incident reports. Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, maintain security documentation, and ensure compliance with customer physical security standards.
