Job Summary
Develop and maintain data processing and regulatory reporting applications for Wes Regulatory Reporting workflows. Work across the full software development lifecycle to implement scalable Java/Scala/Python data services, perform data transformations with Spark, and configure/validate regulatory reporting templates (e.g., Axiom, DFAST, SEC Focus). Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with Finance and Control Functions to deliver auditable outputs. Contribute to front-to-back replatforming efforts, drive standardization of architecture, support DevOps practices and automated testing, and apply AI-assisted development approaches to improve productivity and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field experience
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies and Databricks
- Experience with SQL and RDBMS platforms (Snowflake, Postgres)
- Proficiency in Python and at least one of Java/Scala
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies
- Experience in agile software development
- Experience delivering AI-enabled use cases or using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
