Job Summary
Architect and implement Databricks-based data platforms and Lakehouse solutions on Azure, using medallion data modeling, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Spark/Delta Lake/DBT, and enforcing governance (Unity Catalog, Azure Purview). Optimize Spark for performance and cost, design CI/CD and IaC (Terraform), establish robust ingestion patterns (API/streaming/batch) with idempotent pipelines, and mentor engineering teams on best practices and runbooks. Role emphasizes in-person collaboration with flexible work arrangements and a focus on modern data architectures within DXC Technology.
