Job Summary
Architect and administer database environments at PL ALTESS, including installing, configuring Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud solutions. Maintain deployed systems to meet availability and performance standards while developing security standards that satisfy ALTESS and Army requirements. Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards to ensure proactive management, and perform Security Readiness Reviews to document findings in POA&M documents. Schedule deployment activities and new installations while adhering to Cyber Command STIGs processes. Requires Active DoD Secret Clearance and five years of application server architecture experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Experience in database administration and architecture
- Minimum five years' experience with Application Server architecture in a large enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, POSTGRES, MYSQL and cloud database environments
- Knowledge of database administration responsibilities
- Ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python and PowerShell
- Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IAVM
Additional Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required
