Job Summary
Coordinate virtual visits, onboard patients to digital platforms, and monitor remote exercise and symptom data while ensuring accurate EHR documentation. Collaborate closely with PT, OT, and SLP teams to streamline workflows, improve access, and enhance outcomes. This role supports the delivery of outpatient rehab through telehealth and connected care tools at CORA Physical Therapy.
