Job Summary
Database Operator role focused on updating reference databases with new products and changes in the German market. Responsibilities include classifying products, standardizing and grouping data according to company hierarchies, identifying required changes to existing reference files, collaborating with local offices to correct/add data, resolving routine data exceptions, performing quality control, and maintaining process documentation. Requires German native language and strong English skills, prior database maintenance experience, and exceptional organization and communication to meet tight deadlines within a multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- German Native
- High school graduate or equivalent
- High-level English
- Experience maintaining and updating databases
- Highly organized and accurate with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication (telephone and email)
- Experience working for multinational corporations (advantage)
