Job Summary
Database Operations Associate (Healthcare) focuses on validating and maintaining OneKey HCP/HCO data using diverse data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for global OneKey platform operations. Responsibilities include daily data verification and maintenance, data mapping and validation, database matching and investigative data clean-up to ensure data completeness and quality, QA/validation, investigating and resolving data issues, and prioritizing work per SLA in collaboration with the global OneKey operations team and internal stakeholders. Preferred skills include high attention to detail, experience with healthcare data, and proficiency with Excel and office tools; familiarity with data quality management and validation in an SLA-driven operating environment. The role supports flexible remote work from Korea (Seoul), enabling a work-from-home setup.
Required Qualifications

- 신입 또는 1년 이상의 경력 보유자
- 데이터 운영 또는 데이터 처리 관련 업무 경험자 또는 관련 분야에 관심이 있는 자
- Excel, Outlook 등 오피스 프로그램 활용 능력
