Job Summary
Establish procedures and testing for clean data, create reports, and work with faculty to ensure accurate data input and smooth report operations. Maintain best practices for using, transferring, and accessing current and archived data while acting as the primary liaison with Veracross for project management and problem resolution. Provide training, login, and password details to staff, then analyze departmental processes to suggest modifications that increase quality and efficiency. Strategically lead the development of the school's overall data strategy and expand internal capacity for data and report management across student advisement, enrollment, fiscal management, and academic programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- One to three years related experience
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency with data organization and manipulation
- Demonstrated high-proficiency in data extraction, analysis and management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems independently
- Ability to create reports and presentations across multiple data platforms
- Ability to develop creative and efficient solutions to gaps in data reporting
- Demonstrated proficiency with relational database and spreadsheet programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously
