Job Summary
Manage, approve, and record a variety of gifts according to University policies and other related guidelines. Coordinate and record gift data uploaded through automated and semi-automated interfaces between the database and other related databases. Analyze, investigate, and solve database issues while utilizing Business Objects or similar reporting software to generate insights. Prioritize multiple projects and independently follow through with detail in a collaborative team setting, maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information. Requires two years of professional experience in financial operations, banking, database management, or gift processing.
Required Qualifications
- two years of professional work experience in financial operations, banking, database management, gift processing or similar field
- Experience analyzing, investigating and solving database issues
- Experience using Business Objects or other database reporting software
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and tact
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work collegially and collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and independently follow through with detail
