Job Summary
Process database extractions, analyze and interpret them to better advise decision-making, and collect data to provide relevant business recommendations. Build reports from Business Intelligence and Web Analytics to provide teams with a coherent vision on product results and technical functioning. Identify and analyze market trends internally based on research and data analysis, then work with management to implement strategies based on internal data and market research. Ensure analysis reports are correctly interpreted and disseminated to assist site managers and facilitate executive-level decisions. Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the field
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Bachelor of Business Administration / related field
- Some travel may be required
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in marketing / customer relationship - an asset
- Knowledge of statistical / datamining language (SAS, SPSS, VBA, ACCES) - an asset
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools - an asset
