Job Summary
Install and maintain database servers while managing access, security, and standards. Perform performance tuning, diagnose errors, and create automation for repeating tasks. Recommend and implement emerging technologies, and generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards. Requires a Computer Science degree, two years of MS SQL administration in a clustered environment, and expertise in T-SQL, SSRS, and PowerShell. Background checks, drug screening, and credit checks are required.
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science Degree or Related Degree, either from a 4-year college or technical certification school.
- 2+ years of experience in MS SQL administration in a clustered/AlwaysON environment.
- 2+ years of experience with IIS and MS SQL Server and the T-SQL language.
- 2+ years of experience with SSRS Reporting Services report design.
- 2+ years of experience with PowerShell.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Employment contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and credit check.
