Job Summary

Maintain all office computer hardware and software, including LAN infrastructure, database security, and employee data. Install software packages, test runs, and provide end-user assistance while developing and maintaining database applications. Troubleshoot and analyze system requirements to create custom applications, programs, and updates that satisfy end-user requests. Maintain documentation for in-process and completed custom programs and LAN modifications. Requires a Bachelor's degree or two to four years of database administration experience, along with skills in systems analysis, programming analysis, and project management.
