Data Visualization Specialist

Develop and implement data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/QlikSense/Power BI across databases, communicating results to diverse audiences and stakeholders. Mentor team members, advise on data collection and validation, and apply principles of color theory and data-ink ratio to produce clear visuals. Engage with client interviews and data gathering to align visualization outputs with organizational objectives, and support data quality evaluation and governance. The role requires collaboration with business process owners and leadership, and proficiency in SQL/Python, ETL concepts, and experience with Databricks; a Bachelor’s degree is required and a Secret clearance is noted as part of the profile. This position is full-time with remote/hybrid work options and may involve in-person work at Booz Allen facilities or customer sites.
