Job Summary
Data Visualization Manager responsible for leading end-to-end SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online migrations, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Power Platform to automate workflows and optimize business processes. Oversees cross-functional teams, defines migration strategies and project plans, ensures data integrity and security, drives user adoption and change management, and reports on progress and metrics to senior leadership. Desired candidate has 6+ years with Power Apps/Power Automate, 8+ years in IT project management, and strong governance and collaboration skills; preferred skills include Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, with deep expertise in business process automation and digital transformation.
- 8+ years of IT project management experience, including leading large-scale SharePoint migration projects.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
