Job Summary
Data Visualization Engineer with an active Secret clearance to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to support mission-critical decision-making. Requires 3–5+ years of BI/Data Visualization experience, strong data modeling, and the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences; must be a U.S. citizen.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance (must be verifiable at time of hire)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in data visualization or BI development
- Proficiency with one or more visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, D3.js)
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data querying and transformation
- Experience working with relational databases, APIs, or data warehouses
- Understanding of data security and access controls in secure environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data to non-technical audiences
- Active Secret clearance (already included)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD, federal government, or intelligence community projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of data storytelling, UI/UX best practices, or human-centered design
- Certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Security+, or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
