Job Summary
Data Transfer Clearance Execution Manager leads end-to-end global transfer clearance across privacy, localization, bank secrecy, outsourcing, and related regulatory domains within Citi’s Data Transfer Office. Owns delivery against a 15-business-day operating model, driving throughput, cycle time, and audit readiness; builds high-performing teams; embeds AI-assisted screening and automation; partners with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to embed regulatory requirements into scalable, system-enabled workflows; engages senior stakeholders to drive decisions and execution at global scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of regulatory, compliance, data governance, legal, or operational delivery roles within global institutions
- 10+ years leading transformation and process simplification initiatives
- Proven track record delivering complex global programs at scale
- Hands-on experience operationalizing regulatory frameworks beyond policy interpretation
- Experience leveraging automation, AI-driven workflows, and scalable platforms
