Job Summary
Develop leading-edge systems and digital workflows by partnering with architects, developers, and data specialists to identify business needs and gather user requirements. Create deployable features and translate business requirements into technical workflows while documenting processes and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve system issues. Deliver high-business-value products that support national-level operational readiness and data-driven decision-making. Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, administer Microsoft 365 and Excel processes, and develop automated dashboards and reports. Requires 3+ years of experience in data analysis and workflow sustainment, with a Secret clearance and DoD 8570 IAT-II certification.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data workflow sustainment, or business process automation
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Excel or Power Query data processes
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical workflows
- Ability to document processes, configuration standards, and user guidance
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT‐II Certification such as Security+ Certification within 6 months
- Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT‐II Certification such as Security+ Certification within 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting operational or regulated technical environments
- Experience transitioning workflows developed by advisory organizations
- Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development
- Knowledge of controlled information handling standards including UNNPI or CUI
