Job Summary
Data & Systems Analyst to lead data analytics initiatives, manage data pipelines, and maintain core business applications. Role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to bridge software development, cloud data engineering, and business intelligence, transforming raw data into secure, actionable insights. Responsibilities include application and systems management using Visual Studio and C# (.NET Framework/Core 9.0+), data engineering with Azure Databricks (PySpark, Databricks SQL) and Power Automate, database administration for Azure SQL and Oracle SQL, design and maintenance of enterprise reports with Power BI and Crystal Reports, AI/document automation using Azure Document Intelligence and Python, and ensuring data quality. Collaboration with cyber and business stakeholders to map data needs, document processes, and deliver secure data solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7+ years of blended experience spanning data analytics, software development, and data engineering (Senior – P03 level)
- Strong proficiency in MS Visual Studio, C# with experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core (9.0+)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (PySpark / Databricks SQL) and Python for data manipulation and scripting
- Advanced SQL skills with Azure SQL (SSMS) and Oracle SQL (Oracle SQL Developer)
- Experience in Power BI and Crystal Reports
- Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence for document/data extraction and Power Automate for workflow automation
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and database performance tuning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot complex system-level bugs
- Experience translating business needs into data solutions
