Job Summary
Build custom segments for clients within the data management platform, ensuring accuracy, data quality, and policy compliance. Write and run complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data across systems, turning findings into optimization strategies. QA segment builds and data outputs before delivery, troubleshoot technical issues independently, and document findings clearly. Evaluate requests against ad policy standards, including sensitive categories and geographic requirements, escalating ambiguities before proceeding. Build, maintain, and improve automations and workflows that support segment creation while owning process efficiency across cross-functional teams. Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, guiding segment strategy and delivering high-ownership service from intake to completion. Own client and internal requests end-to-end in Salesforce, coordinating cross-regional handoffs across North America, APAC, and EMEA. Contribute to the team's knowledge base and serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis methods.
