Data Submission Specialist

Compile and review client enrollment data and clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal and funding source requirements. Gathers data, prepares reports, and posts all services in a timely fashion to meet funder and agency requirements. Scan client records, route documents to appropriate locations, and run service history, demographic, and failed activities reports. Contact originators to resolve inconsistencies or missing data, and correct information based on error reports. Submit registration and run eligibility for all clients as needed. Complete discharges from episodes and ensure strict confidentiality of protected health information. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at Catholic Charities, supporting high-quality client care within behavioral health programs.
