Job Summary
Lead data strategy and intelligent automation initiatives for Rewards product; own product lifecycle, drive AI/ML and automation strategies, oversee data modernization, Voice of Customer analytics, and governance; partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Analytics to deliver modern AI solutions; mentor a multidisciplinary team to ship outcomes and accelerate decision speed while improving customer experience and reducing operational risk; oversee roadmap, risk management, vendor management, fraud/misuse, content builds, platform monitoring, and escalations; drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and product differentiation; ensure compliance and controls while delivering business growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, advanced automation tools, and data modernization
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Promotes a strong controls environment and adheres to risk and process expectations
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
