Job Summary
Support record label teams by transforming data into strategic recommendations using internal systems, digital partner tools, and third-party sources. Perform deep-dive analyses on large datasets to develop business cases, benchmark performance, and monitor complex projects while ensuring data integrity. Contribute to impactful reports and dashboards for multiple departments, utilizing advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI skills. Build relationships across teams to drive artist success within a global community of over 70 countries. This two-year rotational program begins August 2027, with six-month rotations through four departments (one potentially international), leading to potential permanent placement. Open to first-generation graduates in analytics fields; relocation is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter 2026 and Winter/Spring 2027 college graduates (from an undergraduate or graduate program)
- studied in an analytics field such as analytics, finance, economics, computer science, business, statistics, math, or similar studies
- advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookups, etc.)
- experience using PowerPoint
- open to relocation (within the U.S. or internationally) upon completion of the two-year rotational program and placement into a permanent role
