Lead data strategy and advisory capabilities in Banking & Payments as Managing Principal; define enterprise-level data strategies; spearhead business development; lead multidisciplinary delivery teams focused on governance, data literacy, tooling and analytics; strengthen Capco’s Payments presence through thought leadership and market networking; mentor and grow high-performing teams; 8+ years of data consulting with Banking & Payments experience; experience advising C-suite on strategic data initiatives; expertise in data frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, CDMC) and tooling implementation; delivery leadership across complex transformations in multi-client environments; bonus points for Collibra, Ataccama or Solidatus; familiarity with open banking, ISO 20022, or payment modernization; formal certifications in data strategy, governance or architecture.
