Job Summary
Data Strategist leading execution of AI products in Network & Connectivity for a telco, translating data strategy into business impact, shaping high-value use cases with business leaders, aligning stakeholders across data leadership, and guiding data scientists and analysts to deliver outcomes. Requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 5–10 years’ experience, strong storytelling and stakeholder management, an engineering background in telecom/network, and fluency in English and Dutch. Role includes hybrid work from Mechelen, Belgium with at least three days in the office during the initial six months, and emphasis on network optimization, anomaly detection, and data-driven telecom solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- 5–10 years’ experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Engineering background (telecom/network) with understanding of network architecture
- Experience leading small data teams and collaborating with stakeholders
- Strong business, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to translate data strategy into impact and manage competing priorities
