Job Summary
Data Strategist to serve as the 'Value Architect' for Motorola Solutions’ global M&A engine. Own the end-to-end integration roadmap from Day-1 migration costs to long-term BI/MDM backlogs, develop comprehensive cost-to-integrate models for hosting, licensing, and labor, and orchestrate a phased data playbook aligning DWH, BI tools, and master data management with business leaders. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize the acquisition backlog, translate data concepts for executives, and support PMI/due-diligence activities. Advanced degree in finance/tech and strong data-literacy with experience in data warehousing, BI/reporting, and data modeling are highly valued; 5+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, or data operations with M&A exposure is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of IT professional experience
- MBA from top-tier business school is highly preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
