Job Summary
Maintain metadata accuracy in the Finance Data Domain using tools like Collibra and SAP Datasphere to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and discoverable. Act as a liaison between business and IT to enforce Data & Analytics Governance frameworks and standardize business term definitions. Map end-to-end data lineage to support traceability and compliance while resolving quality gaps. Drive adoption through stakeholder training and workshops, then proactively track quality metrics to refine management processes. Leverage automation and AI to optimize metadata tooling and integrate with broader analytics platforms. This role supports the Digital Backbone, ASPIRE program, and Roche Data Insights Initiative within Roche's global healthcare mission.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
- 5+ years in data management, data governance, or analytics
- Solid understanding of data architecture, modeling, Data Mesh principles, and decentralized domain ownership
- Hands-on experience with governance tools like Collibra
- Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset for staying ahead of evolving data and AI trends
