Job Summary
Define and maintain workforce data quality standards across HR domains, establish KPIs, and conduct regular assessments to track and resolve issues. Enable domain owners by developing onboarding materials, running coaching sessions, and serving as the primary contact for data accountability. Maintain the HR data dictionary, govern entry standards in Workday, and partner with IT to implement system-level controls. Operate monitoring routines, escalate systemic issues, and coordinate cross-functional efforts between HR, IT, and Finance to ensure reporting integrity. This full-time role is based at Kungsholmen in Stockholm with 20% workplace flexibility. You will join a team of four reporting to the HR Analytics Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data governance, data quality management, or a related HR analytics role
- Understanding of HR data domains (e.g. headcount, compensation, performance, learning)
- Ability to translate data governance concepts into practical, operational processes
- Strong stakeholder management — able to engage and influence without direct authority
- Experience working with HR information systems (Workday preferred)
- Structured approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exposure to HR analytics, reporting, or BI tooling
- Experience in data engineering
- Experience in a global or matrixed organisation
- Knowledge of global and local data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local privacy laws) regarding the handling of sensitive employee information
