Job Summary
Manage, enrich, and validate ownership and entity relationship data to ensure accuracy and consistency for internal and external clients. Maintain ownership links within the OBO database using automated feeds and manual encoding while operating control mechanisms to guarantee data integrity. Respond to client enquiries, deliver weekly updates on shareholders, beneficial owners, and vessels, and expand data offerings by integrating new economic or demographic indicators. Produce high-quality documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and operational efficiency. Fluency in French and native-level English required.

- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality control
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly to client enquiries
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Fluency in French (native level) and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- Applicants must hold a completed university degree (bachelor's or master's level)
