Job Summary
Conduct participant service verifications, profile entries, and SAP/DMC contact checks while managing DMC billing across several counties. Generate monthly invoices with provider approval and process weekly service verification faxes. Research and resolve data errors, assist with computer problems, and distribute correspondence to appropriate parties. Maintain accurate documentation and exercise judgment regarding confidentiality and ethical conduct. Requires a valid Class C driver's license, CDCR clearance, and CPR/First Aid certification.
