Job Summary
Extract data from client-provided PDFs using AI-driven tools to convert unstructured content into clean, structured files. Transform these datasets into MineralSoft-compatible upload formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Load, map, and configure data within MineralSoft while performing validations and quality checks. Create report queries to extract information for internal and client use, and diagnose integration issues between MineralSoft and EnergyLink. This remote position in Canada requires proficiency with structured data formats and AI-based extraction tools. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with structured data formats (e.g., Excel, CSV, JSON)
- Experience using AI‐based document extraction tools and data processing technologies
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
- Ability to assess data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to data integrations and system behavior
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‐management abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- 1–3 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar technical role
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with MineralSoft and EnergyLink platforms (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience working with mineral management systems, land data, or energy industry data (preferred)
- Prior experience with data extraction tools, ETL processes, or system integrations is a plus
