Job Summary
Partner with Finance LOB teams and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end regulatory data sourcing and reporting solutions. Perform data analysis, interrogation, and validation across finance data warehouses to support International Regulatory program execution. Contribute to regulatory aggregation logic, reconciliations, and data quality analysis while assisting in organizing dependencies and escalating risks. Support UAT activities, including test case preparation, execution, and documentation to evidence reporting accuracy. Document operating model components, including process flows, roles, and controls, and assist in ensuring operational readiness through reusable pattern development. This role resides within the Firmwide Financial Control team and requires 3+ years of experience in Finance or regulatory reporting.
Required Qualifications
- ~3+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting, or regulatory reporting
- familiarity with Axiom
- Intermediate/advanced skills using analytical toolsets (e.g. SQL, Databricks, MS applications, AI tools) to interrogate and analyze data
- Working knowledge of regulatory reporting tools (e.g. FRI & Axiom)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across large datasets and identify key issues
- High attention to detail with ability to deliver against defined requirements
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present analysis and findings
- Experience supporting business requirements documentation and developing and executing UAT test cases
- Experience contributing to the documentation of operating models and process artefacts
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent Presentation and Communication; with expertise in PowerPoint or other presentation tools
- Experience with Data Mesh or Cloud Strategy knowledge
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
