Data Solutions Developer – Hybrid Opportunity | AK or AZ

Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions, including automated pipelines, dashboards, and data models. Build and support data transformation processes between enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms while establishing validation, reconciliation, and quality controls. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop key performance indicators, and optimize database queries and reporting workflows for performance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting data solutions across development, testing, and production environments, and evaluate new technologies to recommend improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to deliver scalable technical solutions and maintain system documentation and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) or more years of experience developing and supporting data integration, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data management solutions
  • Experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions that automate the movement, transformation, and synchronization of data between business systems, databases, cloud platforms, and external applications
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL development, and data modeling
  • Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets NANA's insurance requirements
  • Ability to design, develop, support, and troubleshoot data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and data-related issues
  • Ability to learn new technologies, platforms, and development tools and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ability to remain effective under pressure, uncertainty, challenging situations, and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and technology modernization initiatives
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive business and employee information
  • Knowledge of relevant data privacy practices and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of configuration management
  • Regular, in-office presence at a NANA office in Anchorage, AK or Phoenix, AZ

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise data integration platforms, including Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, including Power BI and Crystal Reports
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with data warehousing, data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management (MDM)
  • Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, financial, or other enterprise business systems
