Job Summary
Interpret and troubleshoot issues in healthcare data, including HL7 messages and FHIR Resources, while identifying quality improvement opportunities based on analysis and programmatic requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions that bolster data completeness and accuracy, supporting data hygiene practices across organizational systems. Review new and existing data feeds to investigate discrepancies and communicate corrections, ensuring information remains consistent and secure. Manage independent work with a focus on standards and structure within a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within the healthcare or HIT industry
- 2-year degree or higher in HIT, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCD-A, and terminology standards
- Experience working with SQL, database concepts, and data analysis tools like Big Query and Tableau
