Job Summary
As a Data Solutions Analyst at Circana, deliver project-based data and model solutions for clients to ensure accurate, fit-for-purpose models/databases aligned to contractual agreements and business needs. Act as an expert on data structure and usage across the Unify and Temple analytics platforms, working directly with clients to design, implement, and explain data solutions. Serve as the first point of investigation for client data queries, ensuring issues are resolved through clear explanation or thorough analysis, and collaborate with Client User Experience and Client Data Delivery to ensure changes are implemented accurately and deliver high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include building new client databases and models per specifications, assessing the impact of changes on client reporting, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing priorities and deadlines, communicating progress and risks to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of data solution design and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical and/or critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Access)
- Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Problem solving skills
